Exercise my right of withdrawal

1. Enter your order email address, then the sign-in code received by email. No password to create.
2. Open the relevant order. Choose cancellation for unshipped items, or return for shipped items.
3. Select the relevant items, review your request and confirm it. You will receive an acknowledgement by email.

This process remains available after the drop closes. It does not trigger an immediate refund: CAVART arranges return shipping at its expense and processes the refund according to the return policy and your legal rights.
