Exercise your right of withdrawal online

Exercise my right of withdrawal: enter your order email address and the code received by email, open your order, select the items and confirm your cancellation or return request. No password to create. Shopify sends an acknowledgement by email. This process remains available after the drop closes. If you encounter difficulties, the other notification methods below remain available.

Changing your mind

You have fourteen days to notify us that you wish to withdraw, without giving a reason. The period starts on the day after receipt. For goods from one order delivered separately, it starts after the last item arrives. If the final day falls on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, the period extends to the next working day. This applies to standard Small and Mini catalogue sculptures, including those made after ordering.

Email a clear statement to contact@cavart.art or send the form below to CAVART, 315 avenue Docteur Fleming, 30900 Nîmes, France. An order reference and the items concerned help us process your request. No prior approval or explanation is required to exercise withdrawal.

Send the piece back

Return the product within fourteen days after notifying us, to CAVART, 315 avenue Docteur Fleming, 30900 Nîmes, France. CAVART covers return shipping, including when you change your mind. Contact us to arrange shipment at our expense; this logistical step does not condition your right of withdrawal. Carefully protect the sculpture and base. Original packaging is recommended when available, but is not an absolute requirement. Keep proof of shipment.

There is no restocking fee. You may be liable for loss of value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the product’s nature, characteristics and functioning, subject to statutory conditions.

Refunds

For withdrawal from the entire order, we refund the amounts paid, including standard outbound shipping. Any extra cost for a more expensive delivery option you chose is not refundable under withdrawal rules. Refunds use the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise without fees. Refunds are due within fourteen days of notification but may be withheld until the goods are received or you provide proof of shipment, whichever happens first.

Damage, wrong item or defect

Contact contact@cavart.art with useful details. Photos can help but do not limit statutory rights. A conformity defect is covered by statutory guarantees; the seller bears the necessary costs. No 24- or 48-hour reporting requirement removes those guarantees.
